I have 2 fields (sex and birthdate).
These fields shouldn't be modified after registration, but i still need to display 'em in user profiles.
How can this be done?
Yes this is certainly doable. Simply edit your fields from field management and set them to Read Only. Once a user has registered they'll no longer be able to edit them.
