- Can choose between a free and a paid plan
- Chooses the paid plan
- Pays by Offline gateway
In that case, the account will not get enabled and the user receives neither a message nor a confirmation mail UNTIL I enable the payment from the admin panel.
If the user in the meantime tries to login, he corrupts his account. How does this show up?
After I book the users payment, he receives a mail to confirm his account. But this mail doesn't work anymore. The users gets messages to register first. But that is impossible.
Even if I manually enabled the account, that confirmation link doesn't work.
By default CBSubs will send pending emails AFTER payment. Please navigate to CBSubs > Plans > YOUR PLAN > Workflows and set confirm to be BEFORE payment. This will allow them to receive the confirmation email before you have to pay their account.
