I am looking for a solution, would appreciate your comments.
I am using the Group Jive VB and the video plugin, I have a issue with the source of the videos. I have my own streaming server and was wondering where I can make changes to support my own streaming server.
I want to embed videos that I prepare with our own Online Video Editor and share those videos in a group.

You'll need to edit the source of the video plugin and extend the function getEmbed to support your own provider.
