CBSubs Expiration Notice

CBSubs Expiration Notice was created by drdehart
Today - 7/16/2011 - I received an email notification of my subscription expiring, but after logging in, (both front and back-end) found that the membership doesn't expired until 8/6/2011.

The Plan parameters are 2-hr Free trial, 30 day Regular Validity, 12-hr grace period, and the membership was created on 7/7/2011.

What could have caused this?

I've no idea why the notification would be sent early. Please check that the notification matches exactly the subscription you're reviewing. Has this happened regarding other subscriptions or just this one?

This is the first time - we'll wait and see if it repeats.

Please keep in mind if you edit a plans duration after a user has already subscribed then their expiration date does not change. This could be one of those situations assuming the plan was edited after users subscribed.
