Avatar size can be adjusted by editing the avatar field directly from field management or changing the sizes from within CB configuration on images tab. There's no way to re-process existing avatars however to re-size them as their "originals" have already been deleted. You could re-size using CSS, but you'll be "up-scaling" them and it would distort most if not all the avatars.
