Fatal Error when trying to access user details

12 years 9 months ago #170829 by fearialtog
The FAQ states that 32mb or more may be needed to avoid a fatal error. As you can see my hosting has a limit of 48mb and I still get a fatal error.

The error occurs when trying to edit a user record on the CB User Manager page. I have CB subs installed v. 1.22. The same error occurred with previous versions installed. Any Ideas as to what can I do.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 86 bytes) in xxxxxx/public_html/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 462

Memory really depends on PHP version also and on other installed extensions and modules.

OK Thank you. Assuming I have a full install of CB with 35 extensions including CB Subs running on PHP Version 5.2.17 how much memory would I need?

Sounds like quite a bit, but I would start with 64MB and go up from there if necessary.
