CB lists and GroupJive broken with 1.7

two problems with the 1.7 RC build that we've seen (www.mybusinessconnexion.com). This site is a developing business networking site.

1)GroupJive 2.3 does not create menu items correctly. We coded the menu by hand and found that although a group is set for public access....in 1.7 it produces the following error and shows the group does not exist....UNLESS you are logged in.(menu item on site is "Shout Out")

2)Similar to problem #1. Member lists do not show up unless you are logged in. You get the following error message even though the list is public. (site menu item "Who's Who")

This is a known issue regarding public ACL. This is fixed with 1.7 Stable.
