Thanks this helps a bit. I don;t know how to tell what database column I need. Looks like I need to play with this more.

I am not a programmer.:-( thanks for your help though.

You may want to employ a database expert in that case. Columns are your fields names. So for example if your fields name is "cb_myfield" then that's also the column you'd want to query.
