just upgraded, cannot register new users

yes that tab is there

so how do i remove and/or solve register issue ?

so i also just now published CBSubs Event List, CBSubs URL and CBSus Folder access

still not working

installed it cb plugin manager.

still not working. says that i have successfully registered but then i cant log in with either name or email.

Please PM me backend sa access and cpanel access (need to check database) - also give me a sample user that cannot login.
