[SOLVED] Profile Display Type and Column Width

Hi

I am in the process of building my site in Joomla 1.7 using CB 1.7 and having a couple of problems with the profile layout.

Profile Display Type
If I set the display type for user status to 'div with title' and position 'right side of middle area' when viewing in firefox the title pushes the rest of the text to the right (as if it is on the same line as the number of hits.

Column Width
I would also like the profile to show connections on the left with CBprofile book tabs to the right (book, blog & wall). Unfortunately, this is not working in that the connections fit left and CBprofile tabs fit to the right as if it were a three column layout with a large gap in the middle. This is the case even though connections are positioned Line 1 Column 1 and Profile Book Line 1 Column 2...?

Please advise

Cheers

That's because it is, you've placed 2 tabs in the same position. Status is always default to "Right side (of middle area)".

It is a 3 column layout with a gap in the middle. The default display is avatar in the middle and status to the right. The styling applied to status gives it a % width. You can edit this layout within the CB default templates PHP file or override the CSS so it displays how you like.
