Hide "last online" when user is online

hey guys,
so my problem is pretty much what the subject says. i've tried hiding the field via the conditional fields plugin, but that didnt seem to work.
i read somewhere else that online status is not an actual stored value, so i was willing to settle for hiding "last online" when the date is further in the past than 10 minutes from now. however, i also didnt find "last visit date" in cb's tables.
do i really have to write my own plugin to accomplish this? i would be grateful for any suggestions

I can't think of a way to accomplish it without some sort of new plugin hooking into field API and conditionally altering the fields display based off the users login state. Integrations like CB Conditional will see the value "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS" so it might be possible using CB Conditional if the conditions are set right.
