What I am trying to do is to have only the field at the bottom show and be editable if they are an upgraded account. I either would like the fields totally hidden or visible and if a non-upgraded member clicks on it it says "you must first upgrade to have access to this field".

Possible? I am using CB Profile Pro

What is an upgraded account? Is it a subscription from CBSubs? If so then you can use the CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection integration to show/hide fields/tabs based off plan activity. I can't comment whether this would work with CB Profile Pro, but don't see why it'd be a problem.
