No there's not, sorry. Would be a good feature to have with a future release of CB and have created the below feature ticket.

It's scheduled for CB 2.0; so we'll be for sure implementing something like this in the future. It maybe possible to fake something like this using purely jQuery. CB Auto Actions could be used to append that jQuery to the header. It won't give PHP side validation or anything, but would visually show the user password strength at least.
