Dear helpdesk,

I've got a problem with importing existing users (without subscription) into cbsubs. Below you'll find a few screenshots including a description of that screenshot. The error message I recieve is: importer - error: no user to import.

Usergroup: prntscr.com/32348
There are 1367 members located into the registered user group.

Subscription plan I would like to move the users: prntscr.com/3236k
The acces level of this subscription is 'free usergroup'

Import settings: prntscr.com/31pei

Result: prntscr.com/31pfg

Is read the cbsubs documentation but found no solution.
Can you please help me out?

CB Version: 1.7
CBSubs Version: 1.2.0

CBSubs Version: 1.2.0

Please upgrade to CBSubs 1.2.2 as there are known issues regarding CBSubs and J1.6/J1.7 ACL that have been addressed.

Was able to confirm your issue, this appears to be a bug in the import feature and have created a bug ticket to address with a future release. If you could for the time being try one of the other import methods.

Unfortunately, I am not able to import the users via another input method. (Or am I able to export all users via Joomla?)

When will the next version be released? :)

No, there's no export feature. You'd need to do this via phpmyadmin directly from your database. For example the below query will give a comma separated list of user_ids who are of "Registered" usergroup.
SELECT GROUP_CONCAT( `user_id` ) FROM `jos_user_usergroup_map` WHERE `group_id` = 8
