Not without designing a new plugin to do this. It's possible to display a list of the users articles using the Content Author plugin, which displays their Joomla articles. Alternatively you could display an article using a Delimiter field as created in Field Management by simply adding the articles contents to the field directly, but this will display on everyones profiles and is only editable from backend.
