[SOLVED] Unable to save profile changes fro frontend

Using CB 1.7. I have about 15K members. Several have tried to update their profile from the frontend but changes are not saved. No idea why. Has anyone seen this before? If so what was resolution?

Can you verify this?
Are there any javascript errors on your profile edit page?

No errors shown. I set error reporting to maximum to be sure. I created the following user for you to login and see the issue. username = sampleuser and pass = sampleuser. Site URL is www.theicpm.com

Error reporting won't do anything without debug mode being enabled. Please ensure both are configured then test thoroughly. I could not confirm your issue using CB 1.7 on Joomla 1.7. This typically happens when 3rd party plugin or extension interferes with the process. I believe common plugins that cause this problem are Joomla system plugins that register/update users in 3rd party extensions, please disable them and re-test.

Sure enough, it's a problem with K2 user plugin. Is anyone involved in CB working with K2 on integration? K2 desperately needs this.

Sorry, not much more to advise at this time. I've contacted K2 directly regarding this issue to see if we can find a possible cause. If you could please test the attached plugin (v2.4.1) would be appreciated as have applied some possible fixes.
