I have noticed that all plugins used by CBSubs do not include an itemid in their non SEF urls which leads to a number of problems as I use SH404 sef
SH404sef defaults to home page modules which I have then on all payments and subscription pages relative to CBSubs urls.
Could you correct this behaviour by adding an itemid to CBSubs ?

Where exactly are experiencing a missing Itemid? Please be very specific. Please also understand we don't support sh404sef and if issues are only present with sh404sef then we of course won't provide implementations to accommodate it. Only default Joomla SEF is supported. As I understand it you can tell sh404sef to ignore certain components and/or URLs as well as rewrite them with new itemids as you please.
