I would be grateful if someone could tell me how I change the colour of the Tabs title text.

Using the below CSS you can change the color of tab text. Place at the bottom of your Joomla or CB template CSS file.

Selected Tab:
.dynamic-tab-pane-control .tab-row .tab.selected a:link,
.dynamic-tab-pane-control .tab-row .tab.selected a {
	color: #1E5FA2;
}

Non-Selected Tab:
.dynamic-tab-pane-control .tab-row .tab a {
	color: #FFFFFF;
}

The above was provided from a DIV layout, but it shouldn't matter as believe same class is used regardless as the tabs aren't subject to div/table layouts.
