in this web site

the users are able to connect to a friend unless they use windows 7 + Internet Explorer; in some cases the user goes to the profile of another user > asks for connection but nothing happens. All works fine for users that have operating system or browser different from Win7 and I. Explorer.
Can you help me to fix this?

Please review the browser console (F12) and see if there are any fatal JS errors present when attempting to connect. This typically can happen when a conflict is present. Please test with default Joomla template and confirm if issue still present. Please also ensure you're using CB 1.7 as all previous releases have a jQuery version not compatible with IE8/IE9.
