Groupjives group image problems

Groupjives group image problems was created by media21
hi!

I have problems to change the group images.
As i've seen, it is common, and probably will be solved in a new version, so
in the meanwhile , is there any way to change it manually or in other way?

What's your problem? What do you mean change the images? Simply upload a new image and it'll replace the old.

Sure i know how to replace the image of the group. The problem is that an error appear and there is a lot of post talking abou it and not solved. That is why i ask you a manually or other way to change the images of the Groupjives group image.

I have seen that it is a problem of permissions when create a group.

Do you understand me now?

I am using the 2.4 and still have the same problems

note: dont ask me to check folder permissions because i did it, an the group folders are created automatically.

What is the error through. If you have an issue you need to provide what you're experiencing. Simply "there's an error" is not good enough as no one here knows what you're talking about.

The above was a bug, but is now long been fixed since GJ 2.3. GJ 2.5 (next release) extends even further and will let you set the permissions for folders and files from GJs backend.

note: dont ask me to check folder permissions because i did it, an the group folders are created automatically.

What are the folders permissions and what is the permissions of any logos already uploaded.
