Yup, that automatically takes the first forum category available.
You need to visit the Professional forum category and then + New Topic button (not the menu tab).

yes I know, it's my fault. But when I see the menu "new topic", and I have a new topic, so I choose this way (it seems I have to learn the other way), and then I was used, I was always in professional members support.

Can you modify it on Joomlapolis? Of course not. On your own installation, yes as it's just Kunenas Joomla menu.
