In CBsubs, if I put a recurring payment with papal, is it also necessary that I parameter in my paypal or no please?

Don't understand your question. For a user to subscribe to a plan as recurring through PayPal they must have a PayPal account. Single payments do not require a PayPal account. Your PayPal account also needs to be configured properly to use IPNs or your install won't be notified of the renewals. Please review the CBSubs documentation for detailed configuration instructions.
