In the lists, when a field is 'searchable', it's possible to make a search.
But, if the type of the corresponding column in jos_comprofiler is "int" the search does not match.
The search is always made with a "LIKE '%...%' in a where clause.
All searches made when a Userlist search mode is set to simple "any" will results in `FIELD` LIKE '%VALUE%'. If you want exact searching you'll need to edit your userlist and set its mode to simple "is". If you want both then set its mode to Advanced.
