I have upgraded to latest CB 1.7.1, and also upgraded my CB_Subs. I get two errors:

Secondly, when I try and create a user on the backend, as soon as I enter the user email address, the system goes blank. A page refresh brings me back to the empty fields of registration.

Something is trying to use CBs API to create a drop-down select input, but the values passed aren't an array.

Sounds like some sort of conflict.
Please disable non-core CB plugins within Plugin Management 1 by 1 until resolved as often it's a 3rd party plugin conflicting. Please also provide Joomla version.
