[SOLVED] Moderator Notification Email Not Sending

I have set the moderator settings to administrator and above and have required approval for registrants on my site, but the notification emails aren't sending. I'm using Joomla 1.5.25 and CB 1.7.1. I know that email is working on my site because I've tested my forms and I get all the new user emails, I just don't get the Moderator Notification emails.

Please help!

Please ensure within CB > Configuration > Moderation that moderator emails are enabled. Once done navigate to CB > User Management then edit your user and ensure your user is configured to receive moderation emails.

I have attached screen shots of the settings. I believe I had both of those settings already taken care of...

That covers 1 parameter, but you need to edit your user within CB > User Management and set them to receive emails.
