Users: Access Control Levels was created by mg-one

hi all,
I'm working on Joomla 1.7.3 with CB 1.7.1 and have a big issue. i have following issues with the Access Control Levels in joomla users management :

cannot edit / change user level
cannot save in Users: Access Control Levels

i've been able to do this last week for 4 users, now i've got 10 more and it stops working.
Any suggestions , ideas. Please help get this fixed...

Don't understand your changes. Joomlas Assets won't have much affect on CB and CB does not utilize J1.6+ asset APIs. Please be more specific as to what your issue is and what you're trying to do.
