No secret; just not released yet. Here's some screenshots of the notifications page and link.does anybody know, waht will be new in GJ 2.5 ? I have read here, that users will be able to enable/disable several notifications (wall, event ...). Does anybody know something about it, or is it top secret ?

Not currently no, Developer subscribers also get access to beta builds.Do you need more testers ?
