I need to add this link(page) in a plan

I am using sef and I can not find the correct syntax to add

You can't use SEF links. The tooltip displayed in your screenshot explains and shows exactly how a URL is supposed to be structured. Please disable SEF, grab the URL, and review the tooltip for proper structuring. Further examples and usage are shown within the CBSubs documentation.
