[mod_cbrating] no users shown

[mod_cbrating] no users shown was created by yusukenishihara
I enabled and put "mod_cbrating" on top page, but no users are shown ("No Items Available.") even some of users have got rating of "your rating" field. How I can show up users with rating by this module?

What's mod_cbrating? We've no such module; please contact your extensions developer for further support.
