Hello,

I have successfully upgrade my membership level from Advanced to Professional. But I cannot login to forge.joomlapolis.com/login and www.joomlapolis.com/support/new-ticket

Please logout of Joomlapolis, log back in, then attempt to login with your Joomlapolis Username and Password. You can not login with your email address like you can here at Joomlapolis.

krileon, you are right. Now I can login to forge.joomlapolis.com. But how about www.joomlapolis.com/support/new-ticket? I always get notification "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again."

The ticket support page requires Email Address and Password instead of Username and Password. Please try supplying the email address you registered to Joomlapolis with.
