Before you upgraded to CBSubs 1.3 RC, I assume you had CBSubs 1.2.2 and the french language plugin for CBSubs 1.2.2. Correct?

And where things working ok as far as French?

If so, then I see no reason for the upgrade to have caused such problems, unless the problems existed also before.

hmm - the only thing I can think of is that the Joomla 2.5 french language has somehow broken the old CBSubs language method.

The new CBSubs 1.3 documentation has some language file/plugin changes that should make things immune to this.

I have downloaded the CBSubs 122 french package from the forge and have updated it for this new immune format.

Please try uninstalling the french cbsubs plugin you already have, then install the one I have attached and test.

and offer to help him with translation - this way your changes will not be lost in future language plugins/
