Can't confirm your issue. Please check CBSubs > Subscriptions and find the users subscription to see its current status.

Did you have a grace period or longer duration when that user subscribed? Changes to plan duration does not affect those already subscribed. Click the ID to the far right to see and edit full details of the subscription (can also force expire it from there).
