mycommunity template: submenus was created by vmurmann
I have created menus and submenus and I am using the mycommunity template
But all header menus and subemnus are shown everytime.
What have I to do, that the submenus are only available, when the menu is active / selected?

The template has nothing to do with how your menus render other then how they look. You need to configure whether sub menus should display or not in your menu module within Joomlas module manager.
