How is it possible to use the categories/groups in several languages ?
Example:
The user creates the category/group in german as Schule
and another user uses the same category/group as School

Category/Group names don't support translations, so nope. You can create the same group twice with different name if you want if that's what you're meaning as group names are not unique.
