Perhaps you haven't set your Joomla permissions correctly ?
In order for a front-end user to have access to a component, the permissions must be set properly, e.g.: 'Authors' have permission to 'Create an article', while 'Public' does not have permission.

More information on creating articles from the front end are found on Joomla's help site .

Also, posting your Joomla and Community Builder versions help in troubleshooting :)

Don't understand. You want an article with a login form? Only way to do that is use Joomlas {loadposition} to render a CB login module inside of an article. Please see below documentation page for further information on loadposition.

Or are you meaning to create a Joomla article when a user logs in? Best I can suggest for that is use CB Auto Actions with after login trigger in a Query action to insert an article into Joomlas database.

Best I can suggest is to use CB Blogs incubator project which allows users to create articles in categories of a designated section within Joomlas content component. Beyond that you'll need to review Joomla documentation on usage of the submit article feature (menu link can be created from Joomlas menu manager). The tab you're specifying is for display purposes only.
