Strange, just reviewed your current log and GJ indeed did install AFTER the integrations. It shouldn't be doing that. Notice the order to the left of the filename is correct. GJ is 36 and the integrations start at 40.
Please provide what OS your server is on and what version. My only guess is opendir is completely reading the extensions out of order. If you provide a test site I can try some changes to see if I can reorder it (using scandir instead for example).

Was able to resolve the issue. Your host appears by default not to provide opendir results as alphabetical. I've swapped out such usage for scandir, which performs sorting to resolve the problem. Confirmed resolved using the site you provided. Fix will be in next release.

I have cb. I am now trying to install cb pro, however, the documentation download on the joomopolis advanced member site is the same download as the cb pro quick start installation files. I'm not sure how to proceed with the installation. can someone help me with this issue.

CB Quickstart PRO 1.1 can be downloaded from the Professional download area.
There is also a document for it in the same area.
