I've no idea what "Zoeken4" is. Again, it works with normal Joomla search, nothing else; it's just a search bot. It will not work with smart search.

I'm sorry if I am annoying, but I am dutch ( ).

'Zoeken4' just says that it is the fourth time I tried to make a module called search (which is 'zoeken' in dutch).

I installed this (zoeken4) with the normal Joomla search (so I depublished the smart search), so I really do not understand what the problem is.

Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

[EDIT]: User has confirmed it has suddenly started working. I suspect this was due to caching. Always clear cache after making any changes to ensure page loads are up to date.
