Bootstrap + template CSS

If you copy the same CSS selector and settings from first output of a CSS, and have same one after it, it has same weight, and 2nd takes precedence.

In all other cases, answer is....is depends

CSS books talk at length about CSS weights, and it's not a small subject . In case of questions best is to ask your designer, or your template designer.
