CB User Display Module (newest users / random etc)

CB User Display Module (newest users / random etc) was created by marriage_minded_man
How can I have a module that displays the newest registered users as a clickable module with avatar?

I know I can create a CB list that does this, sorted based on the "member since" field. But how can I put it into a module? Or is there a better way to do this?

Only module to display online uses included with CB is CB Online. For what you're wanting you'll want to check out the S4J modules found below.

As a professional subscriber you also get discounts to S4J, which you can find below.

Ok. Is there a way I can display a CB list as a module?

If there is nothing, then maybe as a last resort I can iframe the list in a custom html module?

I suppose you can use a wrapper module to display the userlist in a module, but none of the links in it will work properly (they'll all point to full page display of the userlist).

As "s4j New Users" is currently given for Joomla 2.5/1.7/1.5,
what solution would fit for Joomla 3 ?

Joomla 2.5 modules will work on Joomla 3.0.
