Auto Action Not Firing On Other Plan Reg Pages was created by shinebritekids

I have been having trouble trying to get the Auto Action with the "onBeforeRegisterFormDisplay" trigger to fire on plan pages

.../index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=displayplans&plans=3

The auto action fires fine on main registration form page. (ie. main one created in menu)

Is there a way to fix this. Or a different way to show plans (3,4,5) that will allow it to fire. Like a way to create a menu item for a set of plans besides using External URL?
