Was able to find the cause, am continuing to debug and working to find a fix. Please see forge ticket for progress.

Unfortunately, no, it's not a simple fix; it required fixes to every integration as well as major fixes to core files so I am unable to provide a quickfix. If you PM backend administrator login credentials I can install a build for you though or PM email address and can send it to you to test if on local install.
