For the GJ part you could use the Auto Join fieldtype provided by the GJ Auto integration, which will let your users select GJ groups to automatically join during registration. For K2 you can use CB Auto Actions which has a K2 action to synchronize your users to K2 and give them a K2 usergroup using it, which you could do at registration, login, or whatever CB trigger you like.
