Not sure how to fix them. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

They're strict standards warnings dues to PHP 5.4. We don't test on PHP 5.4 at this time for strict standards, but most incubator projects have some of them fixed either now or for a future release. Basically just ignore them for now.
