I have a simple filter defined in 1.9 that says 'cbcell NOT EMPTY' or in advanced it is `cb_cell` != ''
When I upgrade it to 2.0.1, it gets a problem. The simple filter operand does not exist in 2.0.1, but instead of just converting it to advanced filter, it shows an empty filter.

Best regards

For not empty you use the following.

Field: Your Field
Operator: <>
Value: (empty)

It should've converted this fine, but if your userlist had the Advanced filter radio selected it will use the Advanced filter instead.

Well, it was the 2.0.0, and it was a simple filter, but it didn't convert it.
I haven't tried with 2.0.1

Ok, looks like "Is Empty" and "Is Not Empty" operator migrations are missing. Have created a bug ticket to fix for next nightly (note the fix won't have any effect on already bugged installs, you'll need to manually change the operator).
