Sorry, I do not understand the question nor the image you posted.
When posting please always provide Joomla version, CB version and exact detailed steps to replicate what you are seeing or very clear description of what you are trying to do.
That looks like a condition for a Action in CB Auto Actions. If you want to assign a usergroup after registration using CB Auto Actions then you need to use a Usergroup action acting on the after frontend registration trigger.
