Best I can suggest is a S4J module. The closest we have to what you're wanting is the online module. You could also try using a Joomla wrapper module and loading in a CB userlist into the module.

Don't understand your question, sorry. The online module just shows currently logged in users. The online module included with CB 2.0 includes a couple extra display modes (census, statistics, or online users), but it's not designed to display a list of users (the S4J modules are probably better suited for that).
