Since CB Profile Book 1.3 does not work fully with CB 2.0.3, at present, there is a way functioning to use the rating (feedback) in CB 2.0.3?

CB 2.x has a built in rating fieldtype. If you're just wanting a rating feature then the fieldtype can provide it, but you can't include a message of any sort with it.
