The information below conditionals gives you an exact usecase of that. Please see the below pulled directly from the information.

[cb:parse function="time" time="+1 DAY"]2015-01-13 16:22:43[/cb:parse]

The above adds 1 day to the datetime. So for your usage you'd have the below usages.

[cb:parse function="time" time="+1 DAY"][lastvisitdate][/cb:parse]
[cb:parse function="time"][cb:date format="Y-m-d H:i:s" /][/cb:parse]

Please review the info icon descriptions of each usage carefully as they explain what each parse function does.

So I'm right because the code you mentioned is the one I seen in the info icon and is the one I tried but without success.

In fact when user login he get well 1 point. But if he login 30 seconds later, he get again 1 point even if supposed to get point only after minimum 23h59 and 30 seconds are past (which is my goal).

Attached screenshot of my action

I use Joomla 3.3.6 - CB 2.0.4 - CBSubs 4 - Several Incubator plugins

Was able to confirm the issue. With action debugging enabled was able to see there's some escaping going on that's breaking the parsing. Have created a bug ticket and should have a nightly out sometime today to fix it.

Ok, was able to determine this is a bug in CBs filtering API. Have created a bug ticket to fix in CB it self instead of in CB Auto Actions. It's treating the substitution attributes like an HTML tag causing escaping issues.
