[SOLVED] CB-Privacy and Registration Form

Looking at the above picture, please answer the following:
1. CB Privacy on registration form: I don't know where this came from and want it gone from the registration form. For now I have disabled CB privacy all together to make it go away.
2. How do I change this image?

That's tab privacy controls. Edit your tab and turn off its privacy display on registration.

See the "Registration Title Image" parameter within CB > Configuration > Registration

3. How do I change the text here?

See the "Registration Header" parameter within CB > Configuration > Registration

4. How do I change the text here?

See the "Registration Footer" parameter within CB > Configuration > Registration
