You're using CB Conditional with that many fields and a large amount of tabs. It's jQuery just can't handle that kind of scenario reasonably as it has too many HTML elements to parse. This is resulting in jQuery taking too long and the browser basically stopping it so the page can finish loading. I'm not sure what to do about that other than you may have to avoid using CB Conditional or re-evaluate your conditions to ensure you're not trying to condition too much.
